The Air Force Academy application is submitted online. The USAFA Pre-Candidate questionaire will (hopefully) be considered qualified and advanced to the next stage of being an "Official Candidate". At the OFFICIAL CANDIDATE stage you will be assigned a number and password and you can track your application online.
An early start and boost to your application can happen if you apply to the SUMMER SEMINAR. 5 days of training at the Air Force Academy during the summer, usually the summer before your senior year in High School
